We're Damini and Julien - thank you for visiting our site!

We are two kids taking life in a new direction and trying our best to make this dream a reality. Follow along with us as we attempt to make it as far as we can around the world. 

We started this adventure with a dream and a belief that we could prioritize our own mental health over what was traditionally expected of us. We knew that this would be hard work from the beginning but it would be work towards moving forward and toward a goal of making ourselves happy. Julien and I had recently graduated college and after just two short years of working we decided that this land-loving life might not be our thing. With that we started planning our future. 

Our goal is to travel the world on our sailboat, taking in the sights and learning new things about the world around us. We constantly find ourselves running around trying to achieve a 'successful' life without stopping to wonder what we define as success. So we posit the theory that success is living life to the fullest and exploring as much of the world as we can. We don't need a big house, all the gadgets, and nicest cars to be successful.
